Parallels has released two new interesting updates to its virtualization software for Mac, Parallels Desktop, which allows you to seamlessly use Windows and MacOS in parallel on your Mac.
Apple Intelligence is now available on Windows with Parallels Desktop for Mac
With the release of macOS 15.1 this week, users of Parallels Desktop can now use the functions of Apple Intelligence not only within the Mac environment, but also in their Windows applications, including the writing tools. With these writing tools, you can summarize longer text or turn it into an actionable list.
If you write your own text, the writing tools will help you to read this proofreading and adjust the tone so that it sounds more professional or simply more concise. Users can choose between different versions of their text and adjust the tone of voice. Professional, short and sweet or friendly, depending on the situation and requirement. With Parallels Desktop, this also works easily in Windows applications on the Mac.
Introducing the new Enterprise Edition.
Parallels now also offers a brand new Enterprise Edition. It provides a management portal to make it easier for IT teams to manage, deploy, and monitor virtual machines (VMs). The solution is intended specifically for organisations with 30 or more licences.
- Efficiently provision VMs and manage policies
- Centralised control and monitoring of Parallels Desktop installations
- Flexible licensing options (per user or per device)
